Timothy D. O'Neil

Timothy D. O'Neil was born in Aurora, Illinois, on January 22, 1956, and is a lifetime resident of the Fox Valley area. He was admitted to the practice of law in Illinois in 1985, and he is also admitted in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Mr. O'Neil received his undergraduate degree from St. Norbert College (B.A., 1978), and his law degree from Northern Illinois University (J.D., 1985).

Mr. O'Neil practices in the areas of municipal law, labor/public safety law, commercial litigation, and personal injury litigation.

He is a member of the Kane County Bar Association, the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, and the Illinois Institute for Local Government Law. He served as Kane County Assistant State's Attorney from 1986 through 1991.
