This case involved an automobile collision wherein a truck struck the passenger side door of our client.  The collision resulted in minor damage to our clients automobile which was eventually repaired.  Unfortunately, as a result of the collision, this 40 year old woman sustained injuries to her cervical spine and lumbar spine as well as a aggravation of her pre-existing condition of multiple sclerosis.  The matter resolved after mediation.
