Our office represented a nationwide class of individuals against Nationwide, a class of all persons in the United States who were insured by Nationwide and whose car was totaled in accidents. That complaint alleged that Nationwide underpaid insureds in paying for total loss cars. The case was resolved in state court in Ohio with a class benefit of approximately $70 million dollars.
