$1,500,000 Awarded in Legal Malpractice Case
This case involved a purchase of several hotels and properties. In the purchases, the negligent attorneys represented both the buyers and sellers in the transactions. Plaintiffs were injured in that they lost significant funds as a result of the transactions being improper. After mediation, the matter was resolved for payment of $1,500,000.
