Craig S. Mielke (Partner)

Craig S. Mielke was born in Oak Park, Illinois, on January 29, 1955. He was admitted to the practice of law in Illinois in 1980. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Mielke received both his undergraduate degree and law degree from the University of Illinois (B.S., 1977; J.D. 1980).

Mr. Mielke practices primarily in the area of workers' compensation and personal injury litigation, and also practices in the areas of class action litigation, labor relations, and complex commercial litigation. He has tried over thirty-five jury trials and has forty published appellate and district court decisions to his credit.

He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Kane County Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the National Institute of Trial Advocacy. He served on the Illinois Supreme Committee for Civil Jury Instructions from 1997 through 2000.

Mr. Mielke was recently listed as one of the top personal injury lawyers in the western suburbs West Suburban Living, January/February 2004, in article entitled "Raising the Bar: These Are the Legal Pros Other Lawyers Would Call If They Ever Needed Special Help."
