Ted A. Meyers (Partner)

Ted A. Meyers is a Fourth Generation attorney and views the practice of law as a profession and a privilege. He was born in Elgin, Illinois on June 5, 1960. He was admitted to the practice of law in Illinois in 1986. Mr. Meyers received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame (B.A., 1982), and his law degree from Southern Illinois University (J.D., 1986).

Mr. Meyers concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning and administration, commercial real estate transactions, and corporate and commercial law. In addition to assisting his broad base of clients in transactional matters, Mr. Meyers is involved in assisting families who have experienced the tragedy of a wrongful death or severe injury with estate planning, estate guardianships, and Medicaid protected trusts. Mr. Meyers also utilizes his extensive background in contract law to assist in cases involving insurance contract interpretation.

He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, and Kane County Bar Association.
