Ryan P. Theriault

Ryan P. Theriault was born in Arlington Heights, Illinois, on August 13, 1976. He is admitted to the practice of law in Illinois and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Mr. Theriault received both his undergraduate degree and law degree from the DePaul University.  While in law school, Mr. Theriault was named to the Dean’s list and was the recipient of the CALI award for excellence in both Trial Advocacy and Litigation Strategy.

Mr. Theriault concentrates his practice representing injured parties in the areas of wrongful death litigation, workers' compensation, automobile/truck accident litigation, product defects and product liability litigation as well as other cases involving personal injury.

Prior to practicing law, Mr. Theriault worked for a large suburban police department for seven years.  As a result, he has a special interest in the representation of police officers, firefighters, and their families who have been injured as a result of their dedicated service to others.

He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Kane County Bar Association, the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice.
